How do I know I'll be a fit for the Academy?

Do you have a firm understanding of sales fundamentals, real-world experience working in a direct sales role, and a solid professional work ethic?

Are you ready, able, and excited to invest the time, effort, and funds to get the best from your sales performance, your life, and yourself – starting now?

Are you ‘coachable’? (Are you willing to take a new perspective, do “the work”, and are thick-skinned enough to handle an occasional swift kick in the butt if you’re not living up to the commitment you’ve made to yourself?)

Have you discussed the potential of participating in this program with your partner or spouse – and are they just as excited to take this journey with you?

What results can I expect?

That all depends on you.

We work with you to ensure you experience astonishing progress in exchange for your investment of time, energy, and money.

But all our hard work won’t benefit you if you don’t come to the table with the work ethic needed to follow through on what we teach you.

We can push you as hard as we can, but in the end the results you are going to get from this are entirely up to you.

How much time do I need to invest in this?

The duration of the primary core program is 12 consecutive weeks, during which you will spend approximately 2-3 hours per week on program content and coaching sessions.

After you complete the core program, you are supported for the next 9 months with weekly coaching and Q&A sessions to help make sure your forward progress is sustained and your growth is permanent (so you don’t back-slide into old, destructive habits).

So for about 8-10 hours per month for one year, you could shave years – even decades – off your success timeline.

 

What if I just want to improve one thing?

We believe that working on just ‘one thing’ is very likely why you have continued to keep stalling on the success highway.

If you are looking to learn just ‘one thing’ – like finding a ‘better script’ or picking up a ‘few more creative closing techniques’, there are plenty of sales ‘courses’ out there that can push you to be 10% better and – maybe – those will help give you the little boost you want in your results (at least for a little while).

If you want lasting acceleration that doesn’t just get you to the next level but helps you stay here, that can only be achieved when you’ve reset your fundamentals and master your work, life and self all at the same time.

This is why we pre-screen Academy applicants to keep out those who are just searching for a ‘quick-fix’ or who are uncommitted to their success.

If I quit the Academy, can I re-enroll in the future?

Yes – but you must wait a minimum of 12 months to be eligible to re-apply.
